- libjpeg-turbo which replaced libjpeg in EL 6.4 provides
libjpeg.so.62(LIBJPEG_6.2) where as libjpeg did not,
find-requires is linking against this and will break pre 6.4 users,
we will exlude that link using a custom find-requires.
