- the wrapper scripts are using from webbrowser too, which doesn\'t setup the
executable flags anyway
- there\'s no reason to have this condition, because wrappers still calls the
java, or javaws commands.
- fixed the /etc/init.d/java.binfmt_misc [#271198]
