* This line was indiscriminately deleting the 1st line of all .py and .py_tmpl file which caused it to delete things that were not shebangs. This causes errors when it deletes things like \"\"\" before a doc string. For instance executing \"from migrate import changeset\" resulted in an Unexpected Indentation Error
