-\'#UseSOPE: \' acts as a hint for `purveyor_of_rpms.pl`
and will trigger the installation of the named SOPE release
prior building the OGo RPMS [replaces (UseSOPEsrc|UseSOPEspec)]!
( expands to \'sope--\')

triggered in our buildprocess and from now on OGo will be
build using the SOPE version given there (if valid ofcourse).
