- Allow \'--\' to start a query instead of assuming it\'s the beginning of
a --help request. (Bug reported by NetWizards Hostmaster.)
- Group all unrecognized flags as if they\'re parts of the query (suggested
by John Hynes).
- Allow \'--\' to terminate command-flag processing, in case a whois server
somewhere wants to receive the -h flag.
- Let the NICNAMESERVER and WHOISSERVER environment variables override the
default server.
