(by specifying appropriate GCC_EXEC_PREFIX, C_INCLUDE_PATH and
CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH environment variables)
- apply the rest of glibc 2.2.2 patches, so that it is possible to compile
this under 7.x instead of 6.2 (#28949)
