- renamed -gui package to -gui-gtk (obsoletes+provides)
- added -gui-qt subpackage
- changed .desktop files to invoke smart --interface=gtk and
smart --interface=qt respectively, instead of smart --gui (which
would use the default GUI as configured in smart, with a fallback
on gtk)
- dropped the interactive-newer and disable_deb_tests patches, as
they are not needed any more as of smart 1.3
