- Release 2.16.3 fixing a lot of bugs since 2.16.0 :
- Don\'t localise the power string as this is used internally for icon name.

- Rename the duplicated keyboard more string so we don\'t get a crash with
a wireless keyboard on the info screen.
- Don\'t crash if hal tell us that a button was pressed but then can not tell

- Fix a race where percentage_charge can be momentarily zero at startup.
This fixes an incorrect \'fully charged\' notification on startup.
- Make the shutdown when critical levels a little less low,
as we might not have enough power to hibernate. #369529
- When we add a DPMS state throttle, remove the last one if set.
This fixes the bug where the screensaver would not show if
DPMS had been allowed to activate. #355279
- Empty the lists of monitored devices when HAL disconnects so that
they get monitored again after reconnecting. #349842 (Pascal Terjan)
- Don\'t poke the screen when we shut the lid. This should stop the
display going off, on, off when the lid is closed. #362694
- When we fall back to using the ac-adapter, we check the percentage.
The percentage was set below the check, and thus always failed.
Pointed out in #361583.
- Correct a typo that was stopping the info data being freed.
- Properly initialise libnotify in the tray icon. #363446
- Detect a new enough libnotify and enable the pointing code if new

- Use the step value we computed (rather than one) to fix pressing

- Remove the FIXME to fix #334212. It\'s breaking more laptops that it
was intended to fix and also breaks my (already broken) iBook.
- Also ignore DBUS_GERROR_REMOTE_EXCEPTION as this prevents the
\'HAL failed to suspend\' when actually it suspended fine but the bus
timed out.
- Fix a couple of small memory leaks where we don\'t free an icon name.
- Don\'t rescan buttons every minute. #356170.
- Fix hotplug add and remove of wireless mice.
- Fixes Mandriva bug #23603 gnome-power-manager does not reconnect correctly
to HAL
- Fixes Mandriva bug #26438 gnome-power-manager does not show up in Gnome
