- disable check system if not building as system compiler (to workaround
buildsystem issue for now..)
- disable build_libgcj_bc when doing minimal build
- fix %gcc_version macro and remove nonsense buildrequires (thx anssi & misc)

specific gcc version to avoid this accidentally happening again in the future
