Added KMenuButtonMaxVSize. Mandriva defualt size for 2008.1 is 22, all kicker sizes larger than 32 will have their
own button scaled to the proper size.
- Fix positioning of Text on both horizontal and vertical. Vertical calculation is not perfect but is more than ok for now.

and rewriting location bar with invalid address from other tab. What did i say about non tested
patches and put non valid text inside ?

- Again, nsplugin is behaving weirdly due to gtk init on flash plugin, happening just in i586. Boiko did a patch for old
nspluginviewer but not fix the new mozilla based code. For now mozilla base patch will be disabled
to keep Boiko\'s patch working and we will find a better solution after, since Mozilla code is way
improved...
