* Don\'t create /etc/cron.d/0hourly cron job which starts hourly cron jobs,

* Add daily, weekly, monthly cronjobs to update anacron\'s timestamp files,
in order to prevent unnecessary anacron runs
* Only start anacron after 6h in anacrontab, in order to prevent double
execution if anacron is started before regular cron jobs are run
* Fix check for anacron\'s timestamp files in /etc/cron.hourly/0anacron
