Config entries KMenuButtonScale, TextRelativeXPos and TextRelativeYPos are obsoleted.
Added KMenuButtonMaxVSize. Mandriva defualt size for 2008.1 is 22, all kicker sizes larger than 32 will have their
own button scaled to the proper size.
- Fix positioning of Text on both horizontal and vertical. Vertical calculation is not perfect but is more than ok for now.
- kickoff now uses same button code, so no more ugly different buttons for both menus.

Relevant changes:
- Removed unused patches and renumbered all of then. There are 93 remaining,
some configurations ones.
- Removed already applied upstream patches
- Remake patches marked as REAPPLY ( remaining to to be analised )
- Marked all patches that are strictly Mandriva configurations to be removed in
near future ( new kdlibs dependent )
- Reenabled desktop devices on desktop ( most requested and hated bug by users )
- Fixed desktop Devices icon to query right profile ( devices:/ instead of
device:/ )
- Added tarball from kde branch as discussed on meeting in 28/06
- Obsoleted packages kdebase-kcontrol-nsplugins and kdebase-kcontrol-data

sources for a global independent solution, but a modification on kdelibs will be
required, so upload still forbidden.
