Fri Mar 5 05:00:00 1999 Hao Li
- Upgraded to 0.95.4i-1.

Tue Mar 2 05:00:00 1999 Hao Li
- Upgraded to 0.95.3i-2. Rebuilt mutt after pgp-5.0i is installed so now
mutt really supports PGP.

Fri Feb 19 05:00:00 1999 Hao Li
- Upgraded to 0.95.3i-1. Lots of SPEC file cleanup, with DESTDIR being used.
- The US version still doesn\'t build, so we have to stick to the international
version although we don\'t have PGP installed.

Thu Jan 14 05:00:00 1999 Hao Li
- Built 0.95.1i-2, which is different from 0.95.1i-1 in that
--enable-pop --enable-imap --enable-flock --disable-fcntl
are all removed so that the default settings which are exactly
the contrary apply.

- Upgraded to 0.95.1i-1

- Mutt also provides /etc/mime.types but I choose to use the one provided by
mailcap so mailcap is required. However the /etc/mime.types provided by
mutt is clearly cleaner and more complete.
- Since NLS is disabled I don\'t think/usr/share/mutt is needed although
\"make install\" still installs it.
- If mail spool directory (/var/spool/mail by default) is not world writable
(2775,root,mail for example) /usr/bin/mutt needs to be preceeded by
%attr(2755,root,mail) in %file section. In WAG group /var/spool/mail
has permission (3777,root,mail), so /usr/bin/mutt doesn\'t need special
privilege.
- PGP should also be required by I didn\'t include it.
