- Revert changes to build.sh
- Switch back to simply copying jars and poms (rather than `mvn
install`): the resulting repository resulting from that is
not usable and for `mvn install:install-file`, a simple
jar/pom combination in the file system is sufficient.

- Changed build.sh to be purely a sourceable environment script
- Added mvn_install function to build.sh: installs jar files to
a local maven repository
- Iterate over finished jar files rather than copy them all explicitly
- Create a local Maven repository and install jars to it rather than
a flat directory
- Changed package version to reflect jar files\' version
- Removed useless -devel package
