- Fixed build on Factory with gcc 6 by adding
invalid-ptr-misleading-indentation.patch (bool to pointer cast
is invalid with gcc 6 (c++11)).
- Replaced sed calls with appropriate patches:

* fix-desktop-file.patch fixes invalid desktop file (missing
trailing semicolon)

* fix-with-qt-4.7.0.patch fix QString initialization to work
with qt4 >= 4.7.0

* use-cflags-and-cxxflags.patch allow setting our own flags.

* variable-directories.patch allow defining custom directories
for plugins and translations, e.g. plugins in lib vs lib64.
