* Imported from tar-balls, ported the 0.4.12 changes for
permanent revoco, applied patches to fix compiler flag errors
and compiler halts on warnings.
Tested on Fedora 18, 19, Ubuntu 12.04, 13.04, 13.10.

* Changed default revoco mode to permanent from temporary.
This means revoco changes persist (no need to restart btnx)
when the mouse goes to sleep.

* New ./configure option:
revoco_mode = revoco mode. Set to \"temp\" for temporary revoco mode changes.
Default is \"permanent\".
