- spec file reworked, various fixes in module build process
- only x86_64 builds enabled now, because flashcache is broken on x86 and other 32 bit archs. more testing is needed
- added dmsetup-table.patch: fix multiline output in \"dmsetup table\", this fixes bugs in utilities that rely on parsing dmsetup output (old mkinitrd for example)
