* Add extra module requirements to satisfy transfer requirements

* Complete rewrite of sccp_mwi.c - reduced/simplified code - added modern interface - Use mailbox->uniqueid throughout, instead of splitting it into mbox/context parts and afterward re-assembling them - Remark out mwi polling system, no longer needed (remove when confirmed) - Add required modules for asterisk-16 before chan_sccp should be loaded - Call pbxMailboxGetCached when receiving other message types over pbx_mwi_event only required for some asterisk-16.1.1 versions, and seems to be fixed since 2019-01-20 in the main 16-branch not sure how to detect the issue, but calling getcached does not seem to have any negative side effects
