Changelog for setools-libs-3.3.8-lp150.2.3.1.x86_64.rpm :

* Tue May 28 2019 - Added Requires: python3-setools for setools-console (bsc#1136515)
* Wed Mar 27 2019 jsegitzAATTsuse.com- Ship python2-setools and python3-setools instead of python-setools. Use setools 4.1.0 for that. Unfortunately setools 3 isn\'t able to manage modern policies. But since setools 4 drops tcl/java bindings we can\'t move to version 4 directly. So for now we take the old binding from 3 and the python bindings from 4 Added setools-snprintf-warnings.patch and byteswap_include.patch to get version 4 to build (bsc#1130097)
