This adds a SoundSource for MOD/IT/XM/STM/S3M/OKT tracker formats. Other formats are supported
by libmodplug, but file name extensions are not available in general. For now I only added formats I can test.
If you are interested in other formats, just rename the files to a supported extension. Detection should work.
Files are decoded and saved in RAM. Currently up to 250MB of RAM (~25min) are allowed per track. Most
tracks are much shorter. This is mainly a precaution in case of endless loops.
