clamav in configuration without network access but IMO clamav without
access to public network is nothing),
- improve init script: add download clamav database on start if not
avalaible in local resources. If database can\'t be downloaded exit with
error code 6 (service not configured).

It is trivial to crash clamd using a malformed uuencoded message,
resulting in a denial of service for all programs (e.g. SMTP daemons)
relying on clamd running. The message must only contain one uuencoded
line with an illegal line lenght, i.e. starting with a small letter.
