(added to Obsoletes). Now alsa backend module is builded by default and is
in main package,
- added --disable-static to configure parameters: disable build static
libraries,
- added no_static patch: disable build static libraries (hmm .. builded from
.o files comiled with -fPIC),
- added no_ldconfig patch: disable run ldconfig on install make target
(allow build allegro from non-root user account).
