warning about all modification will be lost after upgrade and wrere must
be inserted any apache configuration adjustments,
-- fix init scritp: use \"/usr/sbin/httpd -k {start|stop}\" instead
\"{daemon|killproc} httpd\". Now on slower computers restarting apache
will not cause displaing errors like:
\"(98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down\".
Restart now is slower then before but all child processes will be
correctly stopped.

- SECURITY FIXES: added CAN-2004-0942 and CAN-2004-0885 patches,
- added use_AC_SEARCH_LIBS patch: fixed checking is linking with libnsl,
libresolv, libsocket is neccessary (use AC_SEARCH_LIBS instead
AC_CHECK_LIB); link with libm only \"ab\" program.
Now httpd is libm and libnsl free,
- added no_libs patch: remove looking for shm_open() in librt. Now httpd and
libapr is librt free,
- added ac_fixes patch: fixed all ac files for allow regenerate them (after
patching use_AC_SEARCH_LIBS)l; remove using provate coly od libtool.m4
(added also regenerate libtool files),
- added --enable-exception-hook to autoconf options (it will be neccessary for
few external modules).
