(https://llvm.org/docs/DeveloperPolicy.html#ir-backwards-compatibility) So we let the package provide a symbol libclc(llvmXX).- The library files have moved from %{_libdir} to %{_datadir}.- Make noarch: the bitcode files don\'t depend on the host CPU.
