Currently, due to the language files being part of the library package, it would be impossible to install multiple versions.- Pass --disable-static to configure: no need to build it. And as a result, we also do not have to delete it in install again.- Add fdupes BuildRequires and use it in %install to link the same files together.- Run spec-cleaner.
