XFree86 4.2.0 and later seem to dlopen() Glide3 now and not require it during build time, so there is not any need to include Glide3-devel any longer. This needs to be install tested and runtime tested first however, so we still include Glide3-devel for now.- Changed Prereq: /sbin/ldconfig to Requires(post,postun): /sbin/ldconfig
