Description :
GSubEdit, or GNOME Subtitle Editor, is a tool for editing and converting
DivX ;-) subtitles. It currently features read/write of SubRip (.srt)
and MicroDVD (.sub) subtitles. Framerate conversion and frame displacement
(Increase/decrease all frames by a given offset) is also supported.
