Description :
The RCA library contains the logic for the Resource Certification Authority service. The server\'s logic implements the maintenance of a database of the resources and provides the means to send identity and
attribute certificates. These attributes can identify the machine which hosts various services, and the attribute certificates contain the machine\'s membership in the VOs and their additional information.
