Launcher of moldable applications for XtreemOS.
Moldable applications are distributed applications whose number of running nodes can be set freely before starting them.
This launcher makes advance reservations in XtreemOS for MPI applications according available resources.
Moreover, if some nodes are released early, it adapts the reservation (for example, it may extend it to the newly released resources).
This adaptation occurs until the launcher starts the application when the reservation starts.
This software is part of XtreemOS.
