Description :
The package (which requires e-TeX) provides a natural way to
define commands with optional keys. The package provides

ewkeycommand, \\renewkeycommand, \\providekeycommand,

\\keycmd for a more advanced interface. The package is based on
kvsetkeys by Heiko Oberdiek.
