Description :
cpudyn controls the speed in Intel SpeedStep, Pentium 4 Mobile and
PowerPC machines with the cpufreq compiled in the kernel (check if
/proc/cpufreq exist).

Pentium 4 Mobile Laptop (Dell Inspiron), Apple iBook, IBM Thinkpad.
