Description :
This program is a simple text2phone translator using local
pronounciation rules. It may be connected to the MBROLA speech synthesizer.
Mbrola speech synthesizer as well as new release of this program can
be dowloaded on the MBROLA Project site http://tcts.fpms.ac.be/synthesis
This program also includes a simple prosody generator. It needs PERL 5
installed on your machine.
