Description :
A command line FTP client for Unix (XSI extensions) under GPL which:
- uses passive mode for all data transfers
- permits switching between local and remote mode, using the same commands for
local and remote browsing
- supports multiple and recursive file transfers using wildcards for both
uploads and downloads
- supports recursive copy and move commands
- permits remote and local text file viewing and editing (calling user\'s
preferred editor and pager)
- detects remote disconnects/network failures and attempts reconnection and
resuming of currently executing command
- may resume broken downloads (if server accepts REST command)
- supports tab completion for local and remote names
- supports autologin using classic ~/.netrc approach
- is aimed at being small and simple
