Description :
cstream is a general-purpose stream-handling tool like UNIX dd, usually used
in commandline-constructed pipes.
Features include sane commandline switch syntax, exact throughput limiting on
the incoming side, precise throughput reporting, SIGUSR1 causes a throughput
report before end-of-file, built-in support to write its PID to a file,
built-in support for fifos, and built-in data creation and sink.
