Enable this by adding the following to your mailman.cfg file::

class: mailman_fedmsg_plugin.Archiver
enable: yes
You can exclude certain lists from fedmsg publication by
adding them to a \'mailman.excluded_lists\' list in /etc/fedmsg.d/::
