Description :
The package provides an expandable variant of the LaTeX kernel
command \\AATTtestopt, named \\AATTexpandableAATTtestopt, and a more
general \\AATTexpandableAATTifopt, both intended for package writers.
Also we have a variant of \
ewcommand which uses these macros
to check for optional arguments.
