Description :
Samba-client provides some SMB clients, which complement the built-in
SMB filesystem in Linux. These allow the accessing of SMB shares, and
printing to SMB printers.
NOTE: These packages of samba-3.1.0, are provided, parallel installable
with samba-3.0.x, to allow easy testing of samba-3.1.0,but are not
officially supported, and should not be used on production servers.
