Description :
SCWS is a mechanical Chinese word segmentation engine based on word frequency dictionary.
It can cut a whole sentence of Chinese text into words (Chinese doesn\'t use [space] to
separate words).
It\'s developed in pure C, without any other dependencies, so can be linked dynamically
into applications. It supports GBK/UTF-8 encodings. ELsewise it provides a php plugin
so that you can use this library in php applications.
It\'s accuracy is about 90% to 95%.
It can basically fulfill small search engine/keyword system\'s need.
