in classical Jenkins jobs (freestyle, ...) this plugin provides a more

* Automatic configuration of reporting plugins (Junit, Findbugs, ...)
* Automatic triggering across jobs based on SNAPSHOTs published/consumed
* Incremental build - only build changed modules
