Description :
Libcap is a library for getting/setting POSIX.1e (formerly POSIX 6) draft 15
capabilities. Over the first version, this library adds support for filesystem
capabilities and also 64-bit capabilities. The library also contains a pam_cap
module, for granting inheritable capabilities to users.
