Name : honeyd
Version : 0.5a Vendor : : Ralf Spenneberg http://www_spenneberg_com
Release : rh8_1 Date : 2003-05-05 08:35:26
Group : Applications/Internet Source RPM : honeyd-0.5a-rh8_1.src.rpm
Size : 0.76 MB
Packager : Ralf Spenneberg < ralf_spenneberg_de> - OpenSource Security
Summary : Honeypot Daemon
Description :
Honeyd is a small daemon that creates virtual hosts on a network. The hosts can
be configured to run arbitrary services, and their TCP personality can be
adapted so that they appear to be running certain versions of operating
systems. Honeyd enables a single host to claim multiple addresses - I have
tested up to 65536 - on a LAN for network simulation.
