Description :
System-wide wrappers for the rh-postgresql12-postgresql-contrib package. Using
the rh-postgresql12-postgresql-contrib-syspaths package does not require running the \'scl enable\' command.
This package practically replaces the system default postgresql-contrib package.
Note that the postgresql-contrib and rh-postgresql12-postgresql-contrib-syspaths packages conflict and cannot
be installed on one system.
