Description :
System-wide wrappers for the rh-postgresql10-postgresql-server package. Using
the rh-postgresql10-postgresql-server-syspaths package does not require running the \'scl enable\' command.
This package practically replaces the system default postgresql-server package.
Note that the postgresql-server and rh-postgresql10-postgresql-server-syspaths packages conflict and cannot
be installed on one system.
