Description :
lighttpd supportes both authentication method described by RFC 2617:
- basic
- digest
Depending on the method lighttpd provides various way to store the credentials
used for the authentication.
for basic auth:

- ldap (mod_authn_ldap)
- mysql (mod_authn_mysql)
for digest auth:
