Description :
The fgruler is an abbreviation for the foreground ruler. This
package draws a horizontal and a vertical ruler on the
foreground of every (or a given) page at absolute position. In
this way, you can check the page layout dimensions. Besides,
you can draw various rulers in the text, too. The fgruler
package requires the services of the following packages:
kvoptions, etoolbox, xcolor, graphicx, eso-pic.
