Description :
The standard API tool for OpenTelekomCloud.
This tool provides a command line interface otc.py for the APIs of OpenTelekomCloud.
In contrast to the OpenStack python CLI client tools, it does provide a broader
range of supported APIs (some of which are not standardized from OpenStack but
OTC specific) as well as offering a syntax that somewhat resembles the AWS
tools.
