Description :
Methods for choosing the rank of an SVD (singular value decomposition)
approximation via cross validation. The package provides both
Gabriel-style \"block\" holdouts and Wold-style \"speckled\" holdouts. It
also includes an implementation of the SVDImpute algorithm. For more
