Description :
Regionalization of multiscale spatial processes based on a criterion
for spatial aggregation error. The multiscale representation is a
truncated Karhunen-Loaeve expansion using Obled-Creutin eigenfunctions.
The method is incorporated within a Bayesian framework using an MCMC
