Description :
\'lockfile\' is a perlfunc \'flock\' wrapper. The lock is autotamically
released as soon as the assotiated object is no longer referenced.
\'lockfile_multi\' makes non-blocking \'lockfile\' calls for multiple files and
throws and exception if all are locked.
