Description :
POE::Component::WWW::Shorten is a the POE manpage component that provides a
non-blocking wrapper around the WWW::Shorten manpage. It accepts \'shorten\'
events and will return a shortened url.
If the type of shortening to do is not specified it uses the the
WWW::Shorten manpage default which is the WWW::Shorten::TinyURL manpage.
